TIPS FOR DIALING NEW LEADS

  1. Let your leads sit for one day before dialing. We have found that approach to be much more effective as people don’t feel like they are getting tele-marketed.

  2. ANSWER YOUR PHONE! You will get live in bound calls in- which could potentially be a $1,000 sale calling you at anytime of the day/night. Take notes on your phone and close them from anywhere!

  3. Always triple dial the lead as soon as they send you a message on ringy no matter what they say. I close people like this every week.

  4. For the first two weeks, make sure to dial old leads as you wait for an influx of new leads to come in. Recommended: wait 1 day before dialing a new lead when it comes in.

  5. Dial off of ringy & keep all notes in ringy so it’s more convenient to look up.

  6. Sold Leads: Disposition on Ringy as SOLD & highlight in GREEN in your excel sheet.

  7. Track your closes in ‘CLOSED AP’ sheet by month. This will help you keep your book of business organized. Just copy & paste new template every month.

  8. Save the clients phone number in your phone. In the notes include: Carrier/Coverage/Rate/Effective.

  1. Automated text messages daily urging the lead to contact you or schedule a file. Make sure to keep filling your card with money to ensure those messages keep going out. Click Billing --> My Funds. Recommended to add $50 at a time. The monthly subscription is also $109/month.

  2. Clients can schedule their own appts & receive messages every day urging them to schedule appointments. Also, asks them to list their beneficiary & best contact phone number.

  3. Schedule appts for call backs or follow ups so you see them on your home page: click the lead - click calendar/appts - click create appt.

  4. Disposition leads after each convo: Sold, Social/Banking Objection, etc. You can spin back on those once a week by searching that disposition and trying to close them. Saturday would be a good day for that.

  5. Dialing Leads from certain dates & different time zones when grinding late hours. Click leads then you will see that at the top.
